The SN020-G model is one of the more interesting San Martin watches I’ve seen. It combines a more typical design of the ‘Beads Of Rice’ style with an experimental approach to bracelet construction.

The brushed stainless steel bracelet is of premium quality and sports an oyster-style link construction with solid links throughout, female end links for instant articulation, screw pins, and a custom fully milled & signed clasp. It’s a really nice touch that you can’t often find in this price range and I’m always impressed when a manufacturer puts it on a watch of this caliber. It also comes with all the tools needed to resize it, which is great news for those without a jeweler nearby. You can get this model for around $300 on AliExpress at the time of writing, depending on which movement you choose.

SN020-B

The SN020-B is a very respectable 20mm brushed 316L stainless steel timepiece with a well executed fixed bezel and a top notch brushed & polished case. It’s not quite as blingy as its larger cousin, but it’s certainly an accomplishment. This model is a tad more expensive than its more compact counterparts and for good reason, as it’s got a custom fully milled & signed crown with a well dazzled bezel and it also comes on one of the nicest bracelets I’ve ever seen. It is also an extremely accurate & reliable timepiece. As for the dial, the San Martin SN020-B has to be the model with the most elegantly etched hour markers and hands.

SN020-C

The SN020-C is the newest addition to the Vintage Explorer line and comes with a really nice looking 20mm brushed 316L stainless steel, oyster style bracelet, that screams premium. It features solid links throughout, female end links for instant articulation, screw pins and even a custom fully milled & signed clasp that is so easy to adjust if needed! It also features a good quality Super-LumiNova(r) C3 that is applied to the hour markers & arabics, as well as the hour & minute hands. It does fade a bit quickly and the dial does start to look pretty dull after a few hours but overall, I think it looks really cool. I would definitely recommend this watch!
