Senior Cloud Technology Account Executive
As a senior cloud technology account executive, you will build trusted relationships with executives and c-suite business leaders to sell solutions and services that transform their business. You will be customer-centric, always searching for ways to help them unlock business value. You will be able to bring compelling insights and ideas with follow-through execution.
Sales
As a senior cloud technology account executiveĀ you will be responsible for prospecting, forecasting opportunities and closing deals based on your sales quota. Specifically, you will be responsible for generating, managing and tracking opportunities with our large enterprise customers.
You will also be tasked with leading the charge in helping your designated territory (s) grow in new and existing business. The best way to do that is by leveraging your marketing, sales and customer service teams as well as the company’s various channels of distribution.
Lastly, you will be tasked with displaying your sales prowess by demonstrating the latest and greatest in customer service, innovation, and technical support. Your mission is to delight your customers and help them succeed in the cloud by delivering the best technology solutions for their specific needs. This can include everything from the cloud-based SaaS application performance management and monitoring solution to cloud hosting, cybersecurity, managed back-ups and disaster recovery.
Account Management
Account management is the process of promoting and developing a client’s brand in the market. This includes conducting research and analysis to find new business opportunities, generating leads, arranging appointments, offering products and services and processing payments.
As a senior cloud technology account executi, you’re responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients by handling their accounts. You also ensure that your actions adhere to the company’s policies and regulations.
This position requires you to be highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. It is important that you are able to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
You must be capable of creating a roadmap that reflects the customer’s business needs and objectives. You should also be able to understand and leverage a wide range of technical information such as VE, benchmarking and ROI data to support your sales efforts. You should also be able to lead your team, build a strong network and foster communication within your organization.
Customer Service
As a senior cloud technology account executi, you will drive solution sales by working proactively and collaboratively with our Commercial/Mid-Market Core Sales teams & Channel partners within your region to overachieve annual sales quota targets. You will also evangelize the Connected Customer Experience and share insights with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages. As a result, you will be seen as a trusted advisor to c-suite and decision-makers.
