Established in 1972, Moore Norman Technology Center is viewed as one of the nation’s premier educational and training institutions. MNTC is a member of Oklahoma’s globally-recognized CareerTech System, offering short-term courses and long-term career programs.
MNTC also offers a comprehensive CDL training program to prepare individuals for commercial driving careers. The training includes a state-of-the-art driver simulator in personal classroom setting.

Business Consultation and Training
Moore norman technology center offers business consultation and training to businesses in Moore, Norman and parts of Oklahoma City. The center works with entrepreneurs in the early phases of employee training and business building.
Business consultants specialize in a specific industry and have knowledge of leading practices used in their fields. This allows them to implement these techniques to make your company more efficient and productive.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training
Moore Norman Technology Center provides Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training to help individuals gain the knowledge and skills to drive trucks or heavy equipment. The program is designed to prepare students for the Class A Commercial Driver’s License written test and the driving exam to obtain a CDL with all endorsements.
The truck driver’s license course includes both classroom theory and hands-on training. The theory portion is taught in a classroom setting while the behind-the-wheel training is conducted on a state-of-the-art truck simulator and on a driving range.
After 23-28 days of behind-the-wheel training, you will earn your certificate of training to become a commercial truck driver. You will also receive a full complement of commercial vehicle instruction, including air brake systems, general trucking knowledge, hazmat training and safety practices.
MNTC is partnering with Central Tech Truck Driver Training to provide high-quality truck driving training locally in Norman, Oklahoma. Central Tech’s instructors are NATMI-certified Commercial Driver Trainers and have years of experience in the trucking industry.
Aerospace Technician Program
MNTC offers a variety of programs to help students develop skills and qualifications necessary for gaining employment in their chosen field. One of the most popular programs is the Aerospace Technician Program.
The program teaches students welding and cutting processes used in aerospace manufacturing. It also prepares them to earn SpaceTEC certification, which is the only FAA-recognized national, performance-based certification.
Students in the aerospace technology program can also choose to focus on a specific area of study, such as electrical engineering or electronics. This allows them to take on more responsibility while developing their skills.
Aerospace technicians must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and strict requirements. They must be able to deal with potentially hazardous situations and be able to adapt to new technologies quickly.
